Our first chapter
Jimmy’s Gourmet Bakery began more than 40 years ago with a clear purpose: to create the best-tasting homemade cookie dough for retailers. Working out of a 100-square-foot space inside a small Hungarian bakery in Manhattan, we produced 100 to 200 pounds of cookie dough each week. Every batch was made with care, quickly earning loyal customers who recognized our commitment to quality and consistency.
