BRCGS food safety & AIB A+ rated

Our facilities are certified to the BRCGS Food Safety standard, with A+ ratings from AIB International earned through unannounced audits. This combination of BRCGS rigor and independent AIB certification verifies that our wholesale bakery products are certified against globally recognized benchmarks for sanitation, allergen control, traceability, and risk management—giving retailers confidence that every lot meets the same high bar.

Labeling controls & full traceability

To protect consumers and our customers’ brands, we use a proprietary labeling-control system across all bakery lines. Every run cross-references front-of-pack and back-of-pack labels with the specific product being packed, helping ensure there is never a label mismatch. Everything that touches the product—ingredients, packaging, and finished goods—is lot-coded and controlled, providing full traceability from raw material receipt through shipped cases.

Kosher-certified production

All Jimmy’s bakeries operate under full kosher certification, and every product we manufacture is kosher—from cookies and cookie dough to breads and other bakery items. Certified by the OU, our programs include rabbinical supervision, approved ingredient lists, and ongoing inspection and documentation.

RSPO

Baking with respect for people and the planet

Our sustainability work starts with how we source key ingredients. For any product that uses palm oil or cocoa, we specify RSPO-certified palm oil (audited by SGS) and Rainforest Alliance Certified cocoa and chocolate. Find out more at ra.org.

Sustainable packaging standards

We extend that same commitment to the packaging that carries our products to shelf. All primary packaging is specified with 25% or more post-consumer recycled (PCR) content where feasible, and every corrugated master carton is made from 100% post-consumer material and is 100% recyclable. This approach helps retailers move closer to their packaging and waste-reduction goals without disrupting existing distribution.

Vegan capabilities

We also support programs for vegan cookies and other plant-based bakery products. Formulations are developed to meet defined vegan standards, and production is managed to avoid cross-contact with non-vegan ingredients. These certified vegan offerings allow retailers and brands to expand their plant-forward sets without sacrificing taste, texture, or label confidence.
